Maintenance agreement

A maintenance agreement is based on the amount of use the gate is subject to.

You would definitely be surprised if you knew how many times your gate opens in 7 days!

A family with 2 cars averages 52 gate cycles per week. Opening and closing your gate is considered as 2 cycles.


General we recommend a service call every 1000 cycles
A service call involves..
Generally, we recommend a service call every 1000 cycles.
A service call involves the following:
1. Checking visually for wear
2. Tightening all the nuts and bolts
3. Safety testing
4. Oiling and lubing, if necessary
5. Adjusting any mechanical limits
6. Checking wire terminations
7. Checking the battery
8. Checking for proper functionality
9. Checking any devices such as :
    Intercoms
    Keypads
    Photo Cells
    Transmitters
Antenna
10. Repairing minor problems of the gate (conditions apply)
11. Inspecting and advising you of any pending *repairs

Priority status over non-contract customers for all repairs.


*Any gate ounder our Service Maintenance program is entitled to:
1. 15% discount on spare parts
2. One after-hourse service call, at a reduced rate of 50%, each 12 months
3. Reduced price for gates and gate motor replacements

Service Maintenance agreements range from:
2 service calls per year, for as little as $175 per year.

All service agreements must be paid in advance. No refund will be given due to holding parts, or due to seeking parts to store.
