Q. Do you supply heavy hinges?
A. Yes, we supply hinges to suit the size of any frame.
Q. I don’t own an impact drill, so do you install DIY frames?
A. Yes, we can install them (Melbourne only), for a cost of approximately $120.
Q. If I made a mistake when measuring, and the gate frame doesn’t fit, what happens?
A. It’s not a problem, and no questions are asked! We only require you to pay the freight charge to and from. More Information
Q. What post size should I get, for my gate frame?
A. As a general rule, use a 50x50 post only as a wall post, and a 75x75 post for frames that have a maximum width of 2500mm. After that, 100x100 posts are required!
Q. Do you offer support for any problems I might encounter when installing the sliding gate kit?
A. Yes, we offer telephone support at 1300 121 666, at first, and if the problem can’t be solved, we offer one free on-site visit (Melbourne area only!).
Q. Can you powder coat the frame, or can I paint it by hand?
A. We can powder coat any frame, at extra cost. An 1800mm x 2000mm frame costs approximately $80, or you can paint it by hand. Because our frames are galvanized, you have to etch prime them before painting. Etch primer can be purchased directly from us, for approximately $12, when you purchase the frame. It will do the job, but if you want a different one, you can purchase it from any paint store.
Q. Can I buy just the post from you?

Q. Do you come and take measurements for a DIY gate frame?
A. Yes and the cost of a site visit is $50.
Q. What are your payment options?
A. We accept direct payments, credit card payments, Paypal, or you can pay when you receive your frame, or gate, because each of our trucks has a mobile FPOS terminal.
Q. I live in Bacchus Marsh. Do you deliver that far?
A. We deliver Australia-wide, and in Melbourne we offer free delivery on Thursday and Fridays. Sometimes, on busy weeks, we also offer it on Saturday mornings.
Q. How long before you deliver ?
(Melbourne only) Orders taken on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and deliver on Thursday and Friday.

Q. How long do I have to wait for a gate frame?
A. If it’s in stock, Next Day, or you’ll have to wait 3 days for us to make it.
Q. Do you make frames out of square?
A. Yes, but an extra charge of approximately $20 is required, per frame.

A. We’re not sure what you mean, but yes, we can arrange the hinge so the gate swings any way you wish, for an extra charge.
